1. Agreement
Zavlo is operated by Zavlo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in London, United Kingdom. By creating a Zavlo account you agree to these terms. If you use Zavlo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation to this agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Plans and billing
Free workspaces are free indefinitely and may have usage limits. Paid plans are billed per member, in advance, for the interval you choose. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT; UK VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and EU business customers may supply a VAT number for the reverse charge. Adding members mid-cycle is charged pro rata. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you put into Zavlo. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, back up and display that content to the people you share it with.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Zavlo to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that put the service or its users at risk.
6. Availability
We work to keep Zavlo available and safe, but the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Consumer rights
If you buy as a consumer rather than a business, you keep the statutory rights given to you by UK consumer law, including the 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. Asking us to start the service immediately means that right ends once the service has been fully supplied.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of their home country.
