Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and EU businesses can enter a VAT number for the reverse charge.

Frequently asked questions

Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. Free workspaces keep unlimited cards and never expire — no credit card required.
How does per-user billing work?+
You pay for the people in the workspace. Add someone mid-cycle and we pro-rata the charge; remove them and the next invoice drops.
Can I change plans later?+
Any time, in one click. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?+
Nothing is deleted. Boards above the free limit become read-only until you free up space or upgrade again.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. Everything is charged in pounds and we never store card details.
Do your prices include VAT?+
No — the prices above exclude VAT. UK VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies, and every invoice is available in the billing portal for your accounts.
Are you a UK company?+
Yes. Zavlo is registered in England and Wales, bills in GBP, and keeps customer data in UK and EU regions under the UK GDPR.
